• 8 grape (or cherry) tomatoes (64g)
• 100g natural corn chips
• 2/3 cup (187g) Hommus
• ¼ cup (15g) fresh parsley

Cut tomatoes in half or quarters.
Arrange corn chips on a platter.
Top with the hommus and decorate with the cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley.
Serve immediately.
