At Violet Moon, a spiritual shop tucked in the heart of Beresfield NSW, healing doesn’t come with a price tag. For founder Beck, a Spiritual Life Coach, Healer, and Creator, the space is more than retail—it’s a sanctuary of love, creativity, and connection.
“I always knew I was different,” Beck shares. “I used to pretend I was a witch at lunchtime, casting spells in the schoolyard.” From an early age, she felt drawn to something deeper, even if she couldn’t fully explain it. Despite being bullied and often misunderstood, her sense of magic never faded.
Originally, Beck opened Violet Moon as a creative outlet she could manage while caring for her autistic son. She handmade dreamcatchers, candles, jewellery, and tie-dyed clothing —80% of the shop’s offerings were her own. But over time, her spiritual gifts revealed themselves more clearly. “I was already giving people advice every day. One woman came back to tell me I saved her life. That’s when I knew I needed to do more.”
Now, as a certified Spiritual Life Coach, Beck blends intuitive guidance with deep empathy. She’s created a space where people feel held, heard, and often healed. “I’ve been called an ‘Earth Angel’. People open up the moment they walk in—and many come back just to say thank you.”
What sets Violet Moon apart is its radically heart-led approach. Beck keeps her prices affordable and offers services like ‘fill-a-bag’ of pre-loved clothing to help those doing it tough. She often shares coffee and chats with struggling visitors—never charging for her time. “You can’t put a cost on love or life,” she says.
The shop itself is energetically protected with selenite and black tourmaline, weekly smudging, and sound therapy. Every sale is a mini ritual of gratitude—Beck does a little happy dance and thanks the universe. “There are no coincidences,” she says. “Every person who walks through the door is meant to.”
Her spiritual practice is rooted in consistency and care. Daily meditations help her stay centred, while nightly shower rituals cleanse the day’s energy. “Gratitude is everything,” she says. “It keeps me aligned.”
Looking forward, Beck dreams of offering painted aura readings— creating one-of-a-kind artworks that capture a person’s energy on canvas. “I love giving people unique experiences they can take home with them.”
