When Images Become Messages.
I’ve always felt that our inner world speaks long before our outer world catches up. Most of us move through life so fast that we stop hearing ourselves, and that’s usually when things start to feel ‘off’. A vision board isn’t magic or a shortcut. It’s simply a way to slow down long enough to hear what’s been waiting underneath everything else.
When you sit with images, colours, words, and ideas long enough, something shifts. You start noticing what feels right, what feels heavy, and what no longer fits. You begin to see the difference between what you think you want and what your body actually responds to. That’s the real power of a vision board. It brings your truth to the surface quietly and without pressure. It becomes a mirror — not just reflecting your desires, but the version of you that’s starting to take shape.
But what many people miss is the deeper meaning behind what they create. Most vision boards stay surface-level. Beautiful, inspiring… but never decoded. And if you don’t spend time understanding what you’ve made, you miss the actual message.
During my Soul Coaching Practitioner certification, I learned a process that changed the way I approach vision boards completely. It taught me how to guide people into understanding the deeper layer — the part that reveals what’s unfolding within them. That’s what inspired me to offer Vision & Vibes.
This isn’t a ‘cut and paste pretty pictures’ style workshop. It’s a guided experience. A space to create your board and then explore what it’s saying. We slow everything down. No rushing. No forcing goals that don’t feel real. No pressure to make things look a certain way.
We walk through the creative part, but we also explore the meaning behind where everything lands. Your board is divided into nine sections — the houses — and each house holds its own message. The images and words you place in each house aren’t random. Your soul speaks through your choices, the placement, the themes, and even the things you didn’t realise you were choosing.
When we move into the reflection stage, this is where it becomes powerful. I always remind everyone that interpretation is personal. You are the only one who can fully understand the meaning of your board. I can guide, reflect, and help you notice what stands out — but your inner knowing leads the way. I trust that completely, and I want you to trust it too.
Each house reveals something from deeper within you. Sometimes it highlights something ready to grow. Other times it points to a belief or a blockage that wants to be released. My role isn’t to tell you what your board means. My role is to support you in seeing what you already know. Your soul has its own truth, and nobody outside of you gets to define that.
