Combining both yin yoga and sound healing to further relax the nervous system and drop into alpha brain waves.

While yin is a type of yoga that it's in itself meditative, it targets the deep tissue and the meridian channels. The poses are held for a longer period of time and it gives you the space to turn inward and tune into your mind and physical body, while dropping into alpha frequencies that are associated with restful and meditative states.

On the other hand, sound healing uses vibration and sound that improves your mental, spiritual and emotional state. When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow and rejuvenation. This is a great way to release any stored emotional of physical trauma.

Both techniques play a very important role in our overall well-being, and they both help with lowering stress, anxiety, depression and increasing relaxation and creativity.
