Join us Monday mornings for a relaxing meditation to help you ease into the week with presence and peace.

Each session is an invitation to unwind, let go of stress, and meet the week from a place of ease. Learn simple meditation and breath techniques to assist your overall wellbeing.

Meditation is guided by Tim from Meditation Life.

Dates: Monday 16 February to 30 March 2026 - excludes Mon 9 March public holiday

Cost: $36 for 6 sessions

  • Suitable for ages 18 and older.
  • Please bring your own mat/cushion and a drink bottle.
  • All skill levels welcome.
  • Bookings essential.

This initiative is a joint project between the City of Tea Tree Gully and Preventive Health SA.
