The Conscious Parent with Dr Shefali – BRISBANE
Best-selling author, Dr. Shefali's philosophy of conscious parenting focuses on transforming ourselves and empowering our children.
Endorsed by Oprah, Dr. Shefali Tsabary is a Clinical Psychologist, Best-Selling Author and International Speaker who received her doctorate from Columbia University, New York.
Dr. Shefali has devoted her life’s work to ending the obsession with “fixing” the child and focusing instead on our own “raising” as parents. Through our own transformation, we will allow our children to emerge into their most authentic selves.
By following Dr. Shefali's philosophy, you will begin to learn from your child, accept who they are and not only feel closer to them, but also more in touch with yourself. It is this need for a parental spiritual awakening that inspired her best-selling book, The Conscious Parent.
