Wellbeing Arc Academy provides comprehensive and professional courses for Usui Reiki study and Seichim. We’re passionate about supporting men and women with their unique intention in addition to discovering the tools, methods and practices to cultivate a deeper relationship within.

Students will engage in ten modules of study and attain three Reiki Master symbols.

Through this comprehensive course, you will:
Revise the processes required to clear negative energy in physical spaces.
Receive three powerful and sacred Reiki Master symbols to enrich your client’s treatment and empower your own spiritual expansion.
Be guided through a specially designed meditation journey and receive an attunement, enabling you to further expand your intuitive channel and psychic abilities.
Develop a deeper understanding of energy by exploring the Chakra System and Meridians.
Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the aura and its layers to bring greater harmony to ones-self or a client’s energetic and emotional body.
Explore and develop a clear understanding of Colour Therapy and its uses.
Engage in practical activities to safely connect with Spiritual Guides and Angelic Guardians.
Explore crystals, herbs and aromatherapy to aid a healing treatment.
Be supported by Meredith, an experienced meditation teacher, to learn effective techniques to centre a client. As a practitioner, a nurturing opening meditation in a session has the capability to enrich the client’s experience, promote nervous system regulation, relax the mind and support the depth of their healing. With support, you will create a series of your own unique guided meditation scripts that can be utilised in the treatments you provide.
Engage in a powerful process to clear self-sabotaging behaviours and triggers. You will discover how to transform these triggers from self-limiting belief systems to self-supporting experiences.
Cultivate professional communication skills, including Non-Violent Communication and counselling techniques to utilise with your clients.
Attain supportive tools and activities to enhance your personal meditation practice and ability to live with greater self-awareness.
Complete five case studies to consolidate taught concepts and enhance your practice.
Be a part of a small group engaging in discussion, meditation, reflection and practical application of taught skills.

Our Reiki Master Level Three course, program and comprehensive student workbook has been submitted, reviewed and approved by the International Institute of Complimentary Therapies (IICT). This is an international regulatory body for complementary therapies.

An accredited Level Three course certificate upon completion of twelve hours of training

Course Structure:
This course takes place over two six-hour days. We're passionate about allowing students time to integrate newly found skills. Please allow for a complimentary support session with our founder post workshop, to meet and discuss your case studies. We will devise a suitable time for this support session at the workshop. To best support each student’s growth and expansion, we keep our Reiki Master Level Three class sizes small.

OUR FOUNDER
Meredith is an emotional and energetic healer and Reiki Master Teacher. She is a naturally gifted intuitive who is passionate about supporting men and women to access different tools, techniques and mindfulness practices to enable them to step into the most radiant version of who they are.

Meredith's journey has led her to study forms of embodied dance, meditation, energetic and emotional clearing, Usui Reiki, Seichim, and the Divine Feminine. She is an educator with fifteen years of experience.

Wellbeing Arc also offers one-on-one energetic healing treatments, meditation courses, Reiki Level One & Two, Seichim Level One, Karuna Healing, and Reiki Master Teacher training.
