During the class, you will have a chance to learn and practice several simple, yet extremely powerful ancient meditation techniques that yogis have been practicing since time immemorial. You will discover the absolute necessity of having a meditation practice in everyday life that goes beyond just simply letting go of stress. You will also hear yoga wisdom from a meditation teacher Ananta Das, that has been passed down to him in an unbroken line of spiritual teachers.

About the teachers
Ananta Das has come across a special practice of mantra meditation in 1999. Under the guidance of his Guru, he has been practicing and teaching this type of meditation for over 20 years in different places in Australia, Canada and Europe. He introduced Alina to this sublime yogic practice in 2018 and she hasn’t looked back ever since. Their lives have been transformed in a profound manner thanks to the practice of mantra meditation and now they are excited to share this practice with others.
