Friday Night Sound Bath
Enjoy this beautiful night with magical sound and wave vibrations that help to relax, release and heal your body and mind
As we all know, our body consists of 75% water, and water is a great conductor for sound vibration. When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow and rejuvenation.
Sound healing synchronises brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. Shifting the low frequency of fear, guilt to higher vibrations of love and joy.
Chariea will guide you into this meditative state through Heart Coherence Breathing Meditation, her healing voice and variety of ancient instruments to be played to help you to release any blockages and bring harmony to your body and mind.
Some of the instruments are Tibetan singing bowls, crystals bowls, gong, rain stick, wave drum, Koshi chimes to Solfeggio pipes.
