Evolving Consciousness – A Meditative Practice (Group 5)

Evolving Consciousness – A Meditative Practice© is a 12-session EXPANSION program, designed to open you up and expand your awareness, via a channeled meditative practice.

Each visualisation (EXPANSION session) is constructed to develop and strengthen your Clairsenses while introducing you to new concepts and your Spirit Team (Guides, Animal Guides), as well as your Higher Self and glimpses into past/simultaneous lives.

During each session, you also have the opportunity to gain advice and guidance on whatever is happening for you - spiritual or otherwise.

This program comes with an intensive workbook, to keep a record of your experiences as well as provide you with information and other spiritual development activities to try in between the visualisations.

Each person will also receive a personalised Light Code or Light Language Transmission to work with over the course of the 12 sessions, to assist in the facilitation of opening up and expanding your awareness.

RECAP: This program includes 12 in person sessions, workbook, personalised Light Code/Transmission, and certificate of completion, as well as a private FB group for additional support and information throughout the 4 months.

*Note that if you have completed Women’s Circles, Healing Circles & Light Code Activation's with me before, this meditative practice will be familiar to you.
However, this program, structured in this manner, is designed to accelerate your Soul Growth, and will build upon the experiences and knowledge you have already gained.
